The Cytec VM/8-4X1 Relay Module is designed for general purpose signal switching. The module is available in standard dry reeds, low thermal EMF reeds or mercury wetted reeds.

The module is register based with registers for Manufacturers ID, Model Code and Control. Relays are organized in eight 4 X 1 matrices. Each group provides four 2 wire inputs switched to a 2 wire output. All relays are individually controlled and any number may be closed at one time.

A single pole double throw relay is also provided on the module to allow any pair of wires to be sub-multiplexed to a single wire channel.

The dialog is simple and exposes all registers to the user. Please refer to the manual for more details.
