Enables these functions at the start of a run
If checked, clock records will be placed into the data stream
Loads an entered value into the GTID register (lower and upper bits) and allows reads of current latched register value
These functions are needed only for testing card functions

Enables the Mux-Shaper Association Mode
Shaper multi-board and shaper event inhibit commands
No Hardware Mode: does not use the trigger card for data taking.
Software GTID: users a software-incremented GTID value instead of reading from card GTID register
